Re: bridson family tree
In Response To: Re: bridson family tree ()

Hi Charlie - Bridson is a common name in the Isle of Man and there are many branches there and throughout the world. Some members of my branch went to South Africa and Australia in the nineteenth century but I do not know of any who went to the USA. There are certainly Bridsons/Bridesons in the USA and if you explore this web site of the IOM Family History Society further, (including the American Area Rep)with its links you should pick up some useful clues about how to begin your search. The Society certainly has a number of Bridson genealogical trees in its records and if you become a member and contact their library you may get some help. Also if you search back on this bulletin board you will find other Bridsons engaged on a similar search. Happy hunting. Michael
