Meanwhile you might like to look at a web site for another uncle, George Holland 2nd Btn Lancashire Fusiliers who was captured at the Battle of Le Cateau age 19, only two days after leaving England and spent the next 4 years as a POW in Germany. he was lucky, most of his mates were killed on the day he was taken prisoner.
