Description

The Manx Sun of 26 March, 1841 reported 'Last night, a new Court of the Ancient Order of Foresters was opened, at Mr.T.Law's, Great Nelson Street, where the present Court, after perambulating the town in their costume, accompanied by a band of musicians, supped; the chair was occupied by Mr. W. Creer .
