2 Neayr ta dty hoilshey jeeaghyn dooys,
Dy vel mee boght, as treih dt'egooish
My ehree t'ou coyrt slane tastey da,
As lhiettal mee veih olk y ghra ;
T'ou toiggal neesht ere ta mee feme, .
Roish ta mee hood ayns padjer geam.

3 Shiome dhyt my aigmey ghooghyssagh,
Annoon, as doai, mee-viallagh,
As cre'n vee-reiltys t'er cheu-sthie,
Gastey gys olk, agh dree gys mie
My smooinaghtyn, rouail cha keoie,
Gyn smaght voish aggle, ny voish graih.

4 Ah! cur dou Hiarn, yn tushtey cair,
Jeh slane my hreihys, as dangeyr ;
Dy voddym lesh cree imlee brisht,
My stayd peccoil, dy slane goaill-rish ;
As gyn ve lhiastey, ny failleil;
Agh lesh dy chooilley enmal prayll.
