I found a Charles McNeil and a Colin McNeil in NSW records around that time, but no Cleve/Cleave McNeil as yet.

However there was a Cleve McNeil in Texas on the 4th of May, 1905.

Could he have stayed in Texas, or is this another Cleve McNeil?
