Going back to the Godparents of the Fitzpatricks
As Frances said Margaret Murphy is probably Margaret Fitzpatrick
and John Duffy could well be John Duff
I can't find any Rooney's
and there is a William Hinds age 18 in Onchan but he would be too young
The only other William Hinds is in Patrick age 35 some of the Fitzpatricks have Patrick connections but this is too vague to make a link
