unless they give a clue in a census I suspect not from Manx sources - early 19th C immigrants to Peel were usually associated with fishing so guess one of the Irish east coast fishing ports - however there was considerable interchange with Ireland during the 18th C so they may have family links on the Island - some Irish families moved to IoM late 1790's to avoid unrest in Ireland.
