My great grandfather was Jon/John Spence b. 1853 in Arbory, Isle of Man, a cabinet maker and I think antique dealer and possible hotel owner (unconfirmed gossip), married Louise Cregeen and had 4 daughters, Louise, Olive (my grandmother) Rhoda and another one ... I know my grandmother moved to Ireland to marry my grandfather having been a nurse at a hospital and I think I know a little about her sisters but not very much. Does anyone know of the Spences, Douglas, antique dealers ...? I may have lots of second cousins running around Douglas! This is a tall order to ask, I know but I am going for bust. Any info greatly appreciated.
