I believe St Peters Church in Church Street Liverpool was demolished in 1922 and eventually replaced with a retail store. I'm told a brass plaque was placed on the pavement to indicate the site but some kind sole must have thought it was dangerous and removed it.

The bombed church left as a memorial was St Lukes Church and can be found at the top of Bold Street, a continuation of Church Street.
