I could only find Joyce's notes about this will. There may be a transcript - I'll have another look tomorrow. (Getting late here in Sydney.) Did you check Ian's website at Mannincloud?

These are Joyce's notes and explanations about the family:

"1610M #58 Lezayre will of Christopher Garrett, will made 28 June 1610: 2nd wife [?Margaret Christian] is not mentioned [died January 1600/1, EpW 1601E #018 Lezayre], eldest son Philip Garrett, son John Garrett the elder, son John Garrett the younger by 2nd wife, unmarried dau Joney by 2nd wife nephew (brother’s son) William Garrett [Ewan Garrett died 1606, EpW 1606E #007 Lezayre, & William was his only legitimate & surviving child by 1610], ‘my brothers sons & children’ [brother Ewan had 2 illegitimate sons Henry & John; were there other brothers with children?] , witnesses: Silvester Crowe curate & John Crowe clerk & Thomas Keigei----, also witnesses to nephew William given silver spoons: Marriad Kneen & Bahie Garrett will of wife of Christopher: EpW 1601E #018 Lezayre will of Margaret Garrett alias Christian of Balnakilley / Balla ny Kellihe died 31 January 1600/1: husband xxxx Garrett is alive, eldest son Philip Garrett, son John Garrett the elder, son John Garrett the younger, dau Joney Garrett, dau Bahie , dau Isabel, dau Callighoney (married), dau Annas (married), grandson (‘nephewe’) John Garrett sister: Christian Christian, father: Stephen Christian (Archdeacon, left the testator Balnakilley), also: Ewan Garrett (had the farm in his hands, ?brother of testator’s husband), Catharine Garrett, William Garrett, witnesses: Sir John Corkill & John Garrett & John Garrett junior."

I don't know whether this is part of the same family? "Uncle Christopher"?

"Episcopal Wills presentment 7 July 1613 German, Bessy Caine & Alice Caine are presented for fornication with John Garrett based on what the said John Garrett told others, but they cleared themselves as did John:
witnesses & family: Reynold / Ronold Hughan / Highan, Richard Kewley, Catharine Craine alias Lace, Henry / Harry? Billing, father of John Garrett is Ewan Garrett, uncle of John Garrett is (deceased) Christopher Garrett will of John’s father: EpW 1606E #013 Lezayre will of Huan / Ewan Garrett, died 13 April 1606, intestate: [2nd?] wife Jane Garrett alias xxxxx, son William the younger underage (will be 13 years old in December), eldest son William the elder [died a month later, EpW 1606E #014 Lezayre], illegitimate son Henry / Harry Garrett, illegitimate son John Garrett, next of kin Philip Garrett, see his inventory: EpW 1606E #007 Lezayre will inventory of Hughan / Ewan Garrett who died 13 April 1606 intestate, & his [1st] wife xxxx ?who died about about 20 years earlier [about 1586], inventory written 4 February 1606/7: [2nd wife Joney or Janie Garrett alias xxxx is alive], inventory brought in & written 4 February 1606/7, Sir William Crowe, vicar general in 1606, was witness to the will of Hughan’s 1st? wife 20 years ago & to Hughan’s recent will, also: John Kneale, John Sansbury, William Kissack, Deemster [Thomas] Sansbury & wife [Jane Christian], other people will of uncle Christopher: MmW 1610M #58 Lezayre will of Christopher Garrett, will made 28 June 1610: 2nd wife [?Margaret Christian] is not mentioned [died January 1600/1, EpW 1601E #018 Lezayre], eldest son Philip Garrett, son John Garrett the elder, son John Garrett the younger by 2nd wife, unmarried dau Joney by 2nd wife nephew (brother’s son) William Garrett [Ewan Garrett died 1606, EpW 1606E #007Lezayre, & William was his only legitimate & surviving child by 1610], ‘my brothers sons & children’ [brother Ewan had 2 illegitimate sons Henry & John;were there other brothers with children?] , witnesses: Silvester Crowe curate & John Crowe clerk & Thomas Keigei----, also witnesses to nephew William given silver spoons: Marriad Kneen & Bahie Garrett."
