The 1853 FamilySearch Graves Registration Card indicates this Thomas Kelly died 23 October 1853 Decatur Township, Lawrence County, Ohio -- right area, but wrong man --- the Probate Court Record I found earlier was dated 24 September 1853, prior to this Thomas Kelly's death; Card says he was born Ohio 1794 and served in the 1812 War. So our Thomas Kell(e)y died sometime between the 1850 Census taken on 30 October and the Probate Court Record in 1853. Best wishes, Paul.
