My grandfather was Keith Stanley Parker, son of Edward Parker, son of James ( Radcliffe) Parker. I know Edward had a brother James and 2 sisters Catherine and Louisa. James b 1832 married Bridget Regan b 1834 ( from Cahir Ireland) in Sydney in 1857, 3 years after she arrived. James worked ultimately as a debt collector in Castlereagh St, but we think he also was a printer, and we know he took his son along to a well known printing firm to be apprenticed. This led onto Edward becoming a journalist both in Sydney and in Brisbane. Edward had 7 children including my grandfather.happy to continue discussion off line if preferred.
