I was actually directing that message to "other" David (Dwyer) - a bit confusing with two Davids in the thread!

I think there must be more than one image of the list. The scan I saw had the edge completely removed.

I asked David about the book because he said he was about to go to the State Archives in a previous post, but of course may have already been by now. State Records NSW wrote that it is in the reading room of the State Archives (so on an open shelf). It is in Richmond, on the outskirts of Sydney. It might be an idea to ring first and make sure that it is still available, because it is quite a drive from the city. You may be able to see it in closer major libraries as well.
