I guess the 3 cover a single dwelling , a shared dwelling (as in the infamous Scottish tenement blocks) and a seperate dwelling but under a common roof - in Manx situation possibly 2 or more families sharing a dwelling would be closer to a tenement (tho that term is often found in Manx land records re the land held)
