Hello, this is what I know about the situation. I was b in IOM - grandfather Clugston. John Herbert Clugston was b 9 Jul 1896 to Jane Clugston, dghtr of John/Ann Christian; John being the son of Archibald Clugston/Margaret Kinvig. She was a farmer's dghtr from Ronague, Arb. John H Clug was adopted by Marg's Kinvigs-John/Ann from Castletown. He took on name of Kinvig. There was another child that Jane had called Lucy May Clugston and she ended up marr. a Skillicorn in Dgls. She was b 31 May 1891. Could she be the little one? I found a note in my mother's papers saying that 2 ladies visited her and were surprised to find 2 b.c. - one of Lucy May Clugston and the other of John Herbert clugston?? Food for thought!
