as Heir to his father Phill Quilleash decd. By mistake
Because the sd. Phill Quilleash had in his life time
Sold the premises to the said Skillicorne by Deed of
Saile dated the 2nd Decr. 1729 lawfully confirmed by the
Officers the same day the sd. Willm. was entered wch said
…………… Entry is now set aside and the said Wm.
Quilleash withdrawn and Skillicorne Entered in Right
of his purchase before menconed and to come forth Char…
for the future - Note the quest [swore] that Quilleash’s ….
now drawn is Phillip and (being the son of the sd. Phill Quilleash
Senr. Who sold this Land) and not Wm. Quilleash was mistaken
