Re: Jane Scarf md John Radcliffe 1816 Andreas

I had most of the children as well, but noticed some differences too.

I had missed the two baptisms of Elizabeth Christian Radcliffe on the identical day 1825 and 1827. I had the first but obviously overlooked the second because it looked so much like the first. That's quite a coincidence, compounded by no burial for either of them.

The third Elizabeth Christian Radcliffe was bapt 19 Jan 1832 Andreas (not 19 Jun) according to IGI.

The Ellinor bpt 7 May 1834 Andreas likely matches the burial 14 Nov 1835 (Burial index says 1834) age 18 months Andreas.

Janes Radcliffe & Sarah Ann Shimmin married 18 Mar 1859 Bride. Carol has 11 Sep 1861 but that's the bapt date of their first child Sophia Anne.

Evan Radcliffe & Judith Radcliffe married 25 Jan 1866 Andreas (not 25 Apr 1866) according to IGI

The third Elizabeth Christian Radcliffe born 1832 is rather interesting. In the 1861 census she is with her parents. The 3 children are all hers. The first (John Goldsmith age 8) is "John James Radcliffe" is in the IGI as bp 29 May 1853 Andreas s/o Elizabeth Radcliffe. The second (Alma Finney age 5) is in the Liverpool Jun 1856 Qtr along with likely twin Emma Bell Finney who died the next quarter. the third (Nora Finney 3) was bapt 28 Jul 1858 Andreas s/o John Finney & Elizabeth Radcliffe. I didn't find a marriage for them.

This 1871 census entry looks like them, but different surnames:

1881 is different again! I think this is them. She's gone back to Goldsmith, the surname of her first son who's here too. Alma has married.
