My Husband and I had occasion to visit the IOM museum in Douglas a few yeard ago and cannot speak highly enough of the help given to us while researching his family.

The staff there brought book after book from other parts of the museum (and they were large books) for us to study and guided us through the rolls of film and fisch viewers as if we were theonly ones there( and I can assure you we were not).

This courtesy has been carried over to the website and continued there. Nowhere have I experienced such service on any website or anywhere else for that matter.

Thank you all for what you do and we who are hitting brick walls hope you continue doing it for a long time to come.
