Glan Rushen Quaile/Quayle's

Iam looking for help from readers who are researching this family.
My fifth, lateral great grandfather Henry Quayle died 25th March 1741.
He left half of his farm to his son, Thomas and half to his wife, Isabell als Corrin.

I am trying to ascertain if he is a direct descendant of Thomas Quaile that died 28th Dec; 1657.

Thomas had three children - Arthur - Thomas - Mary.
During his life, he had purchased intack at Saint John's Chapel at a rent of four shillings & eight pence out of the whole. He also bought land in Glan Rushen
He left the land at St John's to Arthur and the land in Glan Rushen jointly to Thomas & Mary.

Query - Did Arthur sell his land in St John's and go to live in K.Maughold, dying there in 1689?

Possible line of descent:- Thomas Died 28.12.1657. Thomas Died 25th March 1678.
Henry died 13th April 1690. Henry Died 25th March 1741.

I don't have access to Liber Vast or Liber Assed and therefore I am unable to confirm if the line of descent is accurate.
