Going through my research again to verify as much as I can . In my notes I have a tick by Thomas Moore & Mary Cashin's marriage Jan 24th 1784 Rushen & the witness Henry Lowey - that means I checked that when I was in the Manx museum in August last year. Also ticked are the 3 children Thomas , Jane & Isobel to those parents. I have Thomas Moore chr Jan. 1785 & married to Eleanor Kneen January 1813 in Arbory - also ticked & side altering which (in my system!) means checked at Museum. The original facts that got me working on Arbory were Ref igi marriage of Thomas Moore & Eleanor Kneen (ids member submitted) 23 January 1813 at Arbory. # the 23rd could also be 20th but definitely January. The only thing I can think of is that they moved over to Knocksharry /Peel area to be nearer Eleanor's parents - At the moment I don't have much on the Kneens.
