as I pointed out years ago there were 2 Adam Caines in adjacent parishes (both living nearer Ballaugh church than Michael) + producing children at same time period but interleaved - and as I keep on saying at that time I was looking for a Patrick s/o Adam of Michael parish whom I knew had to exist as he inherited the land - I confused the two families but did say that there was a nagging doubt in that the children were buried in the wrong parish (which would be unusual tho baptisms in other parishes much more common) - however I soon corrected it and pointed out my error. I shouldn't have jumped in that early as I'd only just started on the deeds (hence my interest in Adam) tho I had already looked at all marriages and knew I hadn't come across an Adam Caine Ann Corlet marriage in that period
