Hi Liz, this all started with verbal history from my older brother saying that the "Kate " was my fathers aunty. I have not researched this on our family history but have my doubts now as to its relevance as our family seem to be centred around Maugholdand have not yet found any reference to Tate, still its early days as our family is very wide and confusing.
Will keep this in mind as i delve further.
