I read with interest your article on Mr.William Charles McCreanney of Roose.

My interest is as follws, my two elder brothers were evacuated from London to Roose during WW2 and were billited with a Mr & Mrs McCreanney and their children at an address in North Row Roose Barrow in Furness.

They are trying to trace any living relatives of the McCreanney family who might still be alive in Roose or esle where in the world to renew a childhood friendship.
