Hi Jane, Glad you found your Charlotte. Nelson and Ellen Kennah are my relatives. I think it works out as they are my greatx3 grandparents. Their daughhter Leah was married to my greatx2 grandad, George Dawson. I posted some of the info I have about them a few weeks ago. I am finding this all fascinating although with every answer I find I have another question. I presume that Nelson moved to Liverpool for work, but why my grandad moved from Sheffield to Liverpool I am unsure, especially as by trade he was a file cutter - an industry predominant in Sheffield.
