I am very interested in the fact that one of you have said that he might be a half brother to the well known Edward Forbes as in my family tree Charles Theodore did marry in 1863 in Australia and that you said he had a brother Alfred. Interestedly my great grandfather is Charles Albert Forbes. You mentioned that you got this info from an ancesteral tree. I would be very interested to see if this all fits in. Thanks
