At any rate In "Seed of Isaac" William b 1831 is listed as s/o Thomas Kissack and Margaret Cowle and husband of Elizabeth Skillicorn md 1851 Lonan and father to William Henry 1853

IGI confirms William Kissack ch 24 Jul 1831 Santan s/o Thomas Kissack & Margaret Cowell

I did find the 1827 William of Braddan--Seed of Isaac doesn't list anything further about him so perhaps he could be investigated.

The Lonan 1851 census helpfully lists both William and Elizabeth as 19.
