I know that R. Kissack "Seed of Isaac" isn't always correct but he lists William Kissack 1827 as s/o Thomas Kissack and Margaret Cowle of Santan.
Margt died 1850 and Thomas remarried Margaret Ann Brew in 1850
Thomas was an agricultural labourer and lived at
