There are usually only bapt records at that time - the IOM Registry would sell you a copy, but you could look at the LDS Lonan par reg film, and photocopy all the entries for yourself at a much cheaper price. See their Family History Centres (open to all) in the 'phone book under "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints".

The LDS film number is 0106728 for Parish register transcripts of Kirk-Lonan, 1718-1883.
You can see all the family B/M/Bs there and copy each one.

Land records are generally only available in the Manx Museum, except for a few on LDS film. There is an index on film. However Frances (on this BB) has made a study of Lonan, and will probably be able to fill you in on Kinnish records when she reads this.
