I think there is a strong posibillity they may have been brother and sister
I was curious about the mention of Matilda in William Quiggins will,
it would seem he was the executor of Elizabeths Banks Will and from what I understand Matilda must not have been paid out at the time.
She was however paid the money out of William Quiggins Estate when he died
As far as I know John & Elizabeth did not have any chldren
