Does anyone have access please to any type of directories or electoral rolls etc? I have seen an entry for a William Henry Cox on an 1894 Brown's Directory and I am interested to find out when he arrived there (are there any passenger lists?) and any future directories he was listed on. I do have him and his wife Alice on the 1901 census on the IOM, I have been trying to find out if they married there. There is also a Maud Cox aged 23 on the same census I have been looking to see if there is a marriage for her, so as I can buy the certificate to see if she was related to William Henry Cox, or does anyone have access to parish registers to search for a marriage?
