My 3rd g-grand father Robert Watts had Corlett's in his family and so did his wife Anne Moore,

Am wondering if Robert & Anne's daughter Catherine may have adopted a Frank L Cringle b 1 Mar 1890, seems Ann died around 1891 , possibly James Could not take care of a child so young and let Benjamin Sincock & Catherine (Watts) Sincock adopt him
