Now which Joughins are you, Tammy? There was a Daniel Joughin (b 1830), Rhenab, Maughold, who went to Australia as a young man. He had a number of children, starting with John Kerruish Joughin. Some of the present descendants are in the Brisbane area, and some have been actively working out their family history. Do you come from this family, or from one of the other Joughin families in Australia? Are you interested in finding out? I have traced a number of Joughin lines in the Isle of Man, and we might have a go at attaching you to one of these. How far can you go back in the male line?
