Dawson from Duke complaining that John Quayle,while acting as Agent to him and his father,had fraudulently leased to himself the Calf,the Forester's Lodge,the Governor's House at Castletown (with the Chapel etc. attached) and the Demesne Lands near Castletown at rentals much below their real value. It is prayed that these leases may be cancelled and the property given up, with back rents based on an honest valuation.
