dated 17 May 1866;Recites that John Zacharias Quine(miller,Peel) + wife Ann als Dale als Bennet did by B+S dated 3 Feb 1863 ack indebted to John Carran(Lezayre) + Thomas Clark(Peel) as guardians of Elizthabeth Mary Carran for £700 @6% giving as security 3/4 of Northop in the parish of German, part of Little London with dwelling house, mill + plantations in the parish of Michael purchased by John Dale decd [?SSS Oct 1846 12] and Rhenass Mill such bond to be called in at 6mnths notice, Carran + Clark have occasion to call in the bond with agreement of Quine assign sd B+S for £700 to James Corrin junr (Braddan)+ John Kelly(German)
