Archideaconal Will Douglas # 4, of William Redfern

I William Redfern of the
town of Douglas, sailmaker do
make publish and declare my
last will and testament in
manner following
I leave and bequeath to my daughter
Mary Ann Adams the sum of
ten pounds British for her own
sole and seperate use and to be
paid unto her own hands
and to her own receipt independent
of her husband
I leave devise and bequeath to
my neice Mary Ann Kinnish
all and singular that dwelling
house premises and concerns situate
in Seal Street in the town of Liverpool
in the county of Lancaster in England
to me transferred and assigned
by Thomas Molyneux by indenture
bearing date the twenty fourth
day of December one thousand
eight hundred and two and
therein particularly mentioned
and described And also another
dwelling house  premises and
concerns my property situate
in Peters Lane in the said town
of Liverpool being the whole of
the property to which I am
entitled in the said town
To have and to hold unto
the said Mary Ann Kinnish
her heirs and assigns the said
dwelling houses Premises and
concerns and all my right
title and interests therein
from the day of my decease
forever.
I leave to my brother John
Redfern five shillings to my
sister Jane Stanystreet [thanks to a family researcher for this as almost unreadable] five shillings
and to my sister Martha Kinnish five shillings
I leave and bequeath to the said
Mary Ann Kinnish all the
rest residue and remainder
of my goods properties chattels
and effects and I nominate
constitute and appoint the
said Mary Ann Kinnish whole
and sole executrix of this my
last will in witness whereof I
the said William Redfern have
hereunto subscribed my name
and set my seal this ninetenth
day of June onethousand eight
hundred and thirty nine
signed sealed published
and declared by the sd William
Redfern in the presence
of us and each of us

Jane Redfern m Thomas Stanistreet in Liverpool (St Nicholas) on August 31st 1790 - first 2 children were baptised in Ormskirk and Wigan respectively before the family came back to Liverpool before1795, and where they remained
