Ramsey   octer  22  1751

Thomas Kelvie son of  Thomas Kelvie 
having certain goods due to him by the 
death of his mother  Cath: Kelvie       ( next looks like, and upon ? )  
secured under pledges on the  Ep : Registry 
in Lib : imo  1748  departed this life in his 
minority about the  11th  Septr last past
in the city of Dublin. The Court upon  Intelli
gence  thereof hath Decreed his two Brothers
namely  John and  James Kelvie Joint  Admrs
of his Goods &  Effects moveable & immoveable
whatsoever, who being both under age  ( next word looks like age crossed out ? )
their uncle  Wm  Cowle is sworn overseer
as also for paymt  of such Debts as shall appear
to be legally Due.

      The Children's Goods are secured in their
       Father's hands
