Henry Crebbin to John Kinley - Sale

Know all men by these presents that I
Henry Crebbin now of the parish of Trinity Rushen
within ye Isle of Mann for divers good Causes and Con=
sideracons but more Especially for and in Consideracon
of the Just and Intire Sum of Ten pounds Current Money
to me in hand paid before ye Sealing & delivery of these
presents at by and from the hands of John Kenley Cooper
in KK Arbory, the Receipt thereof I do hereby Acknow=
ledge Have Given Granted passed over and [obscured by fold]
by these presents Give, grant, Passover and forever Absolutely
Sell unto the sd John Kenley his Heyres, Exrs, Admrs and
Assignes all My Right Interest and title in & unto a  Cer=
=tain parcel of Land in Bradda Called Fay Nea Leanagh
^Adjoyning to ye Knock Korrough^ 
being of such a yearly Lords Rent as the Sett Enquest
shall proportion Allot the sd Kenley Heyres, Exrs & Assignes
yearly and Every is to have ye liberty of two Mens work
in one Day to pull Heath or Ling in the sd Henry Crebbin
his Mountain.  To Have and to hold ye sd Lands together
with all Wayes, Waters, Watercourses, Easements Liberties
and Advantages to ye sd premises belonging; Unto him ye sd
John Kinley His Heyres, Exrs Admrs and Assignes for ever
without the lett, Stop, hinderance or disturbance of  Me ye sd
Henry Crebbin Or Any person Claiming or to Claime by – 
from or Under Me.  He the Said John Kenley Yeilding and
paying Yearly and Every Our Honrble Lords Rent together
with all Boones and Duties payable out of ye Aforesd premises
at ye Seasons Accustomed within this Isle.  And I the said Henry
Crebbin for My Selfe, Heyres, Exrs Admrs & Assignes and every
of us Doe Covenant and Agree to and with the said John
Kenley his Heyres Exrs Admrs and Assignes not only to Uphold
Maintain Awarrant & Defend the premises aforesaid with
their and Every of their Appurtenances but Likewise to procure
Our Honrble Court Confirmacon to these presents and Suite
and perform whatever else Shall be necessary to be done Accord-
=ing to ye laws of the Island And for performance of
All and Singular ye premises & Agreements Afforesaid  I the
said Henry Crebbin doe bind and Oblige My Selfe Heyres, Exrs

Exrs Admrs & Assignes in the penalty & forfeiture of twenty
pounds Sterling to be Levyed According to ye laws of this Isle
In witness wereof we have hereunto put our hands and Seals
this 15th July 1736

The within Bill of Sale being acknowledged before the
Deemster and now openly published in Court and no objection
offer’d agt it therefore the same is allowed of and confirmed
according to Law
