John Watterson, William Watterson & William Coole to Thomas Crebbin

Know all men by these presents that I John Waterson
of Surby in the parish of KK Christ Rushen and William
Waterson and my wife Anne Waterson als Christian of Balla
feson of the aforesd parish and William Coole and my wife
Margrett Cool als Waterson of the aforesd parish divers good causes
and considerations us hereunto moving but more especially for
and in consideration of the full and just sum of four pounds
currency of this Isle to us in hand paid before the perfection
here of the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge at by
and from the hands of Thomas Crebbin of the aforesd parish
have give garanted bargained sold alienated assigned trans=
ferred and made over and by these presents do grant bargain
and for ever absolutely sell from uis the sd John Waterson
Wm Waterson Wm Cool and our wifes aforesd our heirs exrs admrs
and assigns unto him the sd Thomas Crebbin his heirs Exrs admrs
and assigns all our right title and interest that we now
have or hereafter may at any time have in and unto a field
commonly called Faynamollahan situate in the aforesd parrish
of KK Christ Rushen adjoining to the rent of John Crebbin Tear
and John Crebbin Drohad on the east and to Christopher Gick's
land on the west and to the land of John Nelson on the south
being of the annual Lords rent as the setting quest of the sd
parish shall allott and proportion on the sd field -
To have and to hold unto him the sd Thomas Crebbin his heirs
exrs admrs and assigns the field aforesd with all the rights mem=
bers appurtenances easements liberties and advantages to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining to us the sd John
Waterson Wm Waterson Wm Cool and our wifes aforesd our heirs
exrs admrs and assigns or any other person or persons claiming
or to claim by from by or under us; and the sd Thomas Crebbin
his heirs exrs  admrs and assigns paying yearly and every year
the annual Lords rent with all other dues and dutys due and
payable out of the sd field at the times usual and also the sd John
Waterson Wm Waterson Wm Coole and our wifes aforesd
do hereby engage our selves to procure the worshipfull Deem=
sters attestation and the honourable courts confirmation to this
deed of sale and to do and execute all and every other act or acts
thing or things that shall be thought requisite and necessary
for the strengthning and sure making of the premises unto
him the sd Thomas Crebbin his heirs exrs admrs and assigns hereby
excluding ourselves the sd John Waterson Wm Waterson Wm Cool
and our wifes aforesd our heirs exrs admrs [and assigns ]
right or tile[sic title] in and unto the aforesd field called as a fore
Faynamollahan and investing the sd Thomas Crebbin his heirs exrs
admrs and assigns with the sole right and absolute property
of in and unto the sd bargained premises for performance
of all and singular the articles and covenats here in before
mentioned the sd John Waterson Wm Waterson Wm Cool and
our wifes aforesd do bind and oblige ourselves our heirs
exrs admrs and assigns in and under the penalty and
forfeiture of thirty pounds to be levied and paid
according to law as witness our marks to our names
this 5th day of March 1759
