Robert Bridson to Thomas Kinley

Know all men by these presents that I Robert Bridson
of the parish of KK Malew by and with the full and
free Consent and assent of Ann Bridson otherwise
Clucas my wife Diverse good Causes and Valuable
Considerations us hereunto Moving but more
Especially for and in Consideration of the full and
Just Sum of four Score pounds Manks Currency
of this Isle to be unto us in hand paid at or upon
the first Day of November 1772 at by and from
the Hands of Thomas Kinley of the said parish
Have Given Granted Bargained and Sold
and do by these presents Give Grant Bargain
and forever Absolutely Sell unto him the said
Thomas Kinley His Heirs Exrs Admrs and
assigns all the Right and Tytle that we now
have heretofore had or hereafter may or Can
have of in and unto five Certain fields Commonly
Called Cronck Doo Ballaquale of such annual 
abby Rent as the Setting Quest Shall Settle
and proportion ^on^ the same Adjoyning to the rent
of John Quagin on the South west To the Rent 
of Robert Quayle on the Northwest To the rent
of Thomas Kinley on the north East and to the
High road on the East north East with all ways
Water and Water Courses Easements Libertys –

profits and advantages unto the said premes belonging
or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold
unto him the said Thomas Kinley the said premes [?his omitted]
Heirs Exrs admrs and assigns from us our Heirs
Exrs admrs and assigns the before mentioned premes as
from the first Day of November aforesaid –
And I the said Robert Bridson by and with
the consent of my said wife do awarrant – 
assertain and Defend the said premes unto
him the said Thomas Kinley Heirs Exrs admrs
and assigns upon his yielding and paying – 
yearly and every year all Boons Suits and
Services Due and Payable out of the same at
the usual times and Seasons accustomed within
this Isle.  And for the true and faithfull
performance of all which we bind and –
oblige ourselves in and under the penalty
of one hundred and Eighty pounds to be 
Levyed and paid according to Law as Witness
our names or marks this 29th novr 1771

        the Consideration money of the beforegoing
        Deed of Sale.

The before written Deed of Sale being acknowledged before the
Deemster and now openly published in Court & no objection
offered agt it the same therefore is allowed of for & in the name
and Behalf of the most Noble John Duke of Atholl and
Charlotte Duchess of Atholl Lord and Lady of Mann &
The Isles and confirmed by this Court.
