Joney Kinley als Arthur to Robert Quaile

Know all men By these presents that I Joney Kinley als Arthur
widow in Ballasally within the parish of KK Malew – 
Divers Good Causes and Considerations me hereunto moving
But more Especially for & in Consideration of the full and
Intire Sum of five pounds manks vallew to me in hand
pd at or before the signing hereof of and from the hands of
Robert Quaile of the aforesd towne ?? Ballasalley, Have
given granted passed over & Sold and Doe By these presents – 
Give grant [obscured by fold]
title or Interest in a house & gardens in ye aforesd towne being
a quarther or forth parte of the yearely Rent of three pence
or there abouts unto him the sd Robt Quaile his heirs – 
Exetors Admetors or assignes, to Have & to hould the aforesd
house & Gardens together with all Easements Liberties profits
& advantages to the Same in any wise belonging or apportain
=ing.  He the sd Robt Quaile his Heirs Exetors or assignes
paying the annuall abby Rent aforesd together with all – 
Customes Dues Duties Suites & Services Due & payable out
of the Same, and I the sd Joney Kinley Doe bind and oblidge
my self Heirs Exetors & assignes to uphold awarrant and
Defend the aforesd premises unto him the sd Robt Quaile
his Heirs Exetors Admetors or assignes against the pretended
Right Claime title or Interest of any manner of person
or persons Claiming Right in or unto any parte or parcel
of the Same from by or under me by any Cause means
Consent or procurement whatsoever.  And I the sd Joney – 
Kinley als Arthur Doe oblidge my self to obtain the worshipfull
Coorte Confirmation to the same.  And for the true and
faithfull performance of all & singular the premises, I
the said Joney Kinley Doe Bind & oblidge my self Heirs
Exets Admets & assignes in the penalty or forfeiture of – 
forty pounds to be Levied in the nature of all fines within
this Island.  In witness whereof I have here unto sat my
hand this 9th of May 1727
