Joney Kinley to Robt Quaile

Know all men by these presents that I Joney Kinley als Arthur
of Ballasalley within the parish of KK Malew now Widdow – 
Divers Good Causes and Consideracons me hereunto moving.  but
Especially for and in Consideracons of the full & Intire sum of
five pounds manks vallew to me in hand paid at or before the
signeing hereof  at and from the hands of my Loveing friend
& neighbour Robbart Quaile of Ballasalley.  Have given
Granted passed over & Sould, And by these presents do give Grant
Passover and absolutely sell forever the one half of my Houses
and Gardens in Ballasalley of the yearly Rent of three pence
or thereabouts with the Customses thereunto belonging, unto
his the sd Robbart Quaile his heirs Exetors Admtors or assignes
To Have and to hould, the aforesd parte of houses & Gardens toge
=ther with all Easments Liberties profits Commodities and advan
=tages unto the same in any wise Belonging or appertaining
He the sd Robt Quaile his heirs  Exetors or assignes paying
the anuall abby Rent aforesd together with all Customes, Dues
Duties Suites and services Due and payable out of the same
And I the sd Joney Kinley do bind & oblidge my self, heirs
Exetors to uphold awarrant and Defend the aforesaid
premises unto him the sd Robbart Quaile his heirs Exetors
Admtors or assignes against the pretend : Claims title or
Interest of any manner of person or persons whatsoever
Claiming Right in or unto any parts or parcel of the same
from by or under me by any Cause means or procurement
and I the sd Joney Kinley Do oblidge my self to obtain the
Confirmation of the Worshipfull officers unto the same
And for the true and faithfull performance of all and sing
singular the premises I the sd Joney Kinley als Arthur
Do bind and oblidge my self my Heirs Exetors Admittors and
assignes in the penalty of twenty pound to be Levied in the 
nature of all fines within this Isle.  In Witness whereof
I have set my marke to my name this 26th of June 1724
