Hi Robert , had a look and also could not find him , so did a check on just Brown and then just Arthur , born IOM , looking for error in spelling , and found no obvious . However I did find an Arthur Moore aged 19 , a drapers Apprentice , with 2 other D.A.'s and 5 Drapers Assistants at 29 Duke Street , Onchan .
It might be worth looking at the Film , in case "Brown" has be read as " Moore " , a bit of a long shot , but I have seen many like it !!
