Going back to the question of "which Eleanor Leece?" , of the 2 possibilities born around 1860, one of them was Eleanor Leece bap 2 Feb 1862 to William Leece and Ann Gill who married 7 Dec 1850 Braddan. One of their older daughters was Elizabeth bap 28 Sep 1851 Patrick.

In 1881, this Eleanor Leece age 19 was living with her married older sister, 29 year old Elizabeth, now Crellin (Patrick A, district 2, page 7 )

So the Eleanor Leece who married William Moore in 1880 turns out to have been the daughter of William Leece and Charlotte Shimmin.
