By the way, what is your "John Cleator born abt 1679" based on? If you have no factual evidence of a date of bapt or birth you can't just guess, or take it from an online tree with no sources. As you can see from my wills extracts his parents married in 1665 and he was the eldest son of three, and he also had a sister. His mother died in 1681. The only John son of Philip during this period in extracted entries (from the parish register) was bapt 24 Oct.1667 Andreas. But this needs supporting evidence to be certain. The parish register may give a place. You can't come to a dead end without having checked these? (And wills.)
