in 1891 canadian census there isa francis kermodeage 16 who is a taxidermistborn in england and is with parents edward kermode who is age44 and born in england , he is a ship carpenter elizabeth is his wife also age44 born in england children are sarah age 20 who is a teacher john is15 thomas is 13 edward is 11 and frances a is 5. they are in victoria b c .
in 1881 census in england i have an elizabeth kermode in toxteth park liverpool she is a carpenters wife age37 born in liverpool, all the children are born in liverpool, their names aresarah age9,jane age 8, francis age 6, john age 5, thomas age 3, edward age 11, also with them is elizabeth newby age 69(59) a widow born in liverpool, mother in law, and robert newby brother in law age 21 born liverpool and thomas newby age 18 brother in law born in liverpool.
