There was a Frederick Brew bank clerk in one of the families I put on that website I gave you.

1891 Census: 5 Ballure Road, Ramsey, Catherine Brew, widow, aged 67, own means, with son William aged 39, butcher, son Robert aged 34, grocer, sister-in-law Kitty 50, own means, Frederick aged 40, bank clerk, with Martha CALEY, servant, aged 17.

You could buy copies of this will and decree from the Registry, if he is the right person, although he doesn't match the birth date you gave. Did he have a wife Lucy?
Frederick BREW, Retired Bank Agent Summerland, was buried in Ramsey in 1933 [1933 Admin. (140) Epis.]
Lucy, wife of Frederick BREW, was buried Summerland, Ramsey 1931 [1931 (277) Epis.]

J.A. Brew wrote that the above "Frederick Brew was born in 1867, educated at King William College, a Bank Manager in Ramsey.
His father John Brew, 1816-1879, died at age 62. He was a butcher in Ramsey and farmer in Maughold, of Ballure Road. He married Catharine Kennish, born 1825 and died 1905 at age 80, a daughter of William Kennish and Margaret Kissack. They had 9 children".

Frederick was bapt 24 March 1867 (not 1861) in Maughold.
