Was also wondering if someone may know who Arthur Watt may be connected to - not listed on the IGI or Brians Index of births

Also came across a Job Watt which seems to match as being the son of Edward Watt & Isabel Kennaugh on a 1900 USA census:

Job Watt age 47 - born March 1854 Isle of Man Silver Miner; year of immigration to USA 1880
Kate (?) Unknown (transcribed as Kate on Ancestry) Wife age 41 - born December 1858 Isle of Man year of immigration to USA 1891 married 9 years (not sure if on the Isle or in USA)
Bessie Daughter age 8 Colorado USA
Annie Daughter age 4 Colorado USA

Also Job Watt came to USA on 22 Apr 1887 on the Ship "City of Rome" of the Inman Line from Liverpool - age 39
