Clague's of Lonan

Me again..... Another part of my tree I am tracing is Clague (my grandfathers line). So far I have got back as far as my Great, Great grandfather. His name was John Leonard Clague who was from Lonan. I don't know his date of Birth, but I know that he died in South Africa in 1912. (We think a number of the family went to SA after the collapse of the mining community in Laxey). His wifes name was Lillian. They had 3 children My great grandfather Frederick Leonard, Mona and Neville. They did not go to SA with John Leonard. Lillian remarried and her surname became Corkill. (She had another daughter named Bess).

If anybody has any information about John Leonard Clague and his family line I would be very greatful. We think he may have been born in the 1870's or 1880's.

Thanks Claire.
