Hi,

I am trying to find the birth details of Charles Albert Bailey Sheard.
He died in Hoylake aged 65 in 1949.
On the 1891 census, he was in Wavertree, and it started that he was born in Peel. On the 1901 census, I presume his landlord stated that he was born in Liverpool.
I've searched high and low, and the IoM registry office were unable to locate him between 1878 and 1886.
I've trawled through Ancestry, and the LDS IGI, but to no avail.
Would anyone know of anymore resources that I could look into?
