Yes, following a great deal of research, I am satisfied that the Elizabeth Shimmin who married Daniel Gilmour on 01 Feb 1818 and the Isabella married to Daniel Gilmour in the censuses is the one and same person. (Isabella, I understand, is the Spanish version of Elizabeth). The big question is whether this Elizabeth/Isabella is the daughter, born in 1798, to John Shimmin and Ann Quirk?
